The porcelain-enamelled lid and bowl provide excellent heat retention while helping the barbecue withstand high temperatures and resist scratching, rust and corrosion. Adjustable lid and bowl dampers give you greater control over airflow and temperature, making it easy to achieve the right conditions for low-and-slow cooking, roasting or high-heat searing. A built-in lid thermometer allows you to monitor the ambient temperature inside the barbecue without having to lift the lid.
At the centre of the Weber Performer Kettle 57 cm is a durable stainless-steel Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) hinged cooking grill. The hinged design allows you to easily add charcoal or smoking woods throughout your cook without removing the entire grill. The GBS system is also compatible with a range of interchangeable Weber inserts, including pizza stones, Dutch ovens, griddles and sear grates, giving you plenty of options to experiment with different cooking styles and recipes.
The integrated Weber Works™ side table provides valuable preparation space and is designed to work with a selection of Weber Works™ drop-in and snap-on accessories, sold separately.
